Hey all. Long time no write, but I've had a lot going on. First and foremost, I graduated from college. It was a wonderful four years, but I can't say I'm just completely broken up about leaving. I already miss people and places, but that's just the way things are. You move on. Everyone I know and love from Miami will still be in constant contact with me, so I'm not all that worried about never seeing the people I didn't really care for. Anyway, that was a few weeks ago. The week following graduation I had sinus surgery. It wasn't the most wonderful thing I've ever done, but nearly two weeks later I'm feeling a whole bunch better and it's nice to have almost no problem breathing for the first time in two years. So after I was able to move around, I moved down to 44th Street, my new home for the summer. It's a great place and anyone who knows me had better be visiting. I have tons of space, come help me enjoy it. So now I'm just trying to find a job for the summer. I think I may have accomplished it today after a greuling trek through downtown. I basically had every place I applied tell me I was overqualified. I'm not a waiter by trade, so they said I could pretty much work clearing tables and the like for minimum wage. Yeah, I mean, I just don't think I can do that and still make ends meet. I have to make some cash for school next fall. Anyway, the catering place called back tonight and it looks like I might be working at the State Museum for the summer with their food services group. Hey, I'm all for it. I'll know my definite post in a day or two. Anyway, that's it. As Fabac says, visitors are welcome, if not preferred.
